Cancellation Policy
I know life can be unpredictable, and I always try to lead with grace. New clients are asked to pay a $15 booking fee to reserve their appointment. In the event of a no-call/no-show, this fee will be forfeited. For returning clients, missed appointments and late cancellations will be considered based on the circumstances. I value the relationships I've built with my clients and understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can offer your appointment time to someone else.
